Is my area eligible for delivery?
Please check with our team before placing order as some areas are not available for delivery. Provide us with your full address for checking purpose. Shipping fee may vary based on your location.
What shipping methods are available?
- Small items: J&T, Gdex or DHL
- Bulky items
- Klang Valley & Selangor area: Will be delivered with our in-house lorry
- Other State: Will deliver by third party logistic.
- Sabah & Sarawak: Will use sea freight
How many days will delivery take?
- Klang Valley & Selangor area: 1-2 working days
- Other State: 3-5 working days
- Sabah & Sarawak: 4-5 weeks
For Sabah & Sarawak, as we are using sea freight, it may carry longer leads time.
How can I track my order?
After your order had been shipped, u will receive email for your shipping status.
-Small items: We will send u tracking number after postage
-Bulky items: As it delivers by third party logistic hence, we will update shipping status after deliver the goods to transporter. Transporter will contact before delivery.
How to know the stock availability?
Please check with our team to check for the stock. For products that are pre-order/made-to-order, it will take around 14 working days for fabrication.
Can I return the purchased item?
All Sales Are Final. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through Tee Sports.
